**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Here is the current painting schedule:
Building D: June 17 to July 5, 2024
Building E: July 8 to July 26, 2024
Building F: July 29 to August 16, 2024
Building G: August 19 to September 6, 2024
Building A: September 9 to September 27, 2024

Great Condo
Everyone was exactly as advertised, or better. Property is older but very well maintained and furnished beautifully with new appliances. Pool area very nice. Very few people around so very quiet. Attending conference at the Hilton which was pleasant 10 minute walk. Highly recommend the Tropic Ale House right next door.

Excellent!!!!! You can feel the Aloha.
It's everything you need and expect on the Big Island. Beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai. Steps from the pool. The unit is comfortable and very modern. Close to the resorts, beaches, and great dining. The Vista's area is clean, safe, and quiet. Check in was a breeze. Our son loved the pool. We enjoyed the two hot tubs. Would highly recommend this unit and the property.

Nice sunset from the lanai. Pool is great for lounging or lap swimming. Shoreline walk close by. Tropics Ale House is only steps away. Island Gourmet Market has everything needed to make Vista C303 like home.

Nicely updated condo. Great lanai with ocean and sunset views! Nicely stocked, really appreciated the beach chairs, boogies boards, cooler, etc….Would definitely book again.
