Downstairs villa of 55 m2 with private garden (deckchair, barbecue, dining area ...), one bedroom, new kitchen and spacious living room. Very quiet area 10 min walk from the city center and less than 10 min by car to access the beaches.
Decreasing price depending on period of stay.

A space for your car is reserved for you in front of the gate (outdoor parking).

J'ai passé 4 nuits très agréables avec ma femme, l'appartement a pratiquement tout (il ne manque qu'un grand four). Très beau grand jardin arrière privé. Nous avons été très bons.
