NON-Smoking,very clean, large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with lanai in Venetian Palms Luxury Condominiums. Venetian Palms is well maintained and very quiet community. Centrally located of Hwy 41, close to restaurants and shopping. 9 miles from the airport,8 miles from the beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Very close to the Red Sox and the Twins spring training facilities. Master bedroom with king size bed(Pillow top mattress) .Guest room with Queen size bed(Memory foam). Walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Living room with pullout sectional couch that can be used as an additional sleeping space. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room inside the unit. Fully furnished screened Lanai to enjoy the outdoor!
Please note, per Condo Association rules, every adult guest over the age of 18 is required a background check. The background check is $125 per person, $150 for married couples.

Very satisfied

The interior was clean and well decorated. The condo buildings were spread out so it gave it a nice open feel. Many mature trees.

Happy winter escape!!

Lovely, clean condo. Well equipped and close to many amenities ( even walking distance)! Very friendly people made this a nice escape from a northern winter. The owner was very helpful and easy to get ahold of to answer questions.
