1. An additional guest screening form may be required.
2. Extra guest fees will be applied for any guests over 8 persons.
3. Wood is not provided, but can be purchased in Cascade or the service station in Donnelly
4. Boats can be launched at the state ramp a 1/2 mile down the road. The public beach as no dock access. When not on the lake you can pull boat out and leave it at the cabin.
5. Electric heat: each room has a white knob, set it to the degree you would like. They won't work and will need to be reset if things were set in front of the heaters. If they aren't turning, reset the breaker located In the bedroom closest to the living room
6. 14-day rentals or longer require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.
7. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this fantastic world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows without screens. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The house is treated regularly and is cleaned in preparation for your arrival.
