This home is located in Key Colony Beach! Here you and the family can bike around the island or walk to dinner or happy hour.

See some of the most beautiful tranquil waters in the world! Just a quick boat ride to many amazing diving and snorkeling locations. Catch grouper, snapper, tuna or mahi mahi and have your catch cooked at any one of our amazing restaurants or tiki bars in Marathon.

Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away to satisfy your craving for fresh local seafood and specialty shops. Membership to the Cabana Club (located directly on the Atlantic Ocean) is included with this home, so come enjoy the Private Beach, Pool, Hot Tub, an Tiki Bar at your leisure. The Cabana Club is located right at the end of the street, just a short walk away.

Larger than expected

Upon arrival we were impressed with the space. The bathrooms and other areas of the condo like the laundry. I think it would be very beneficial to get new photos - it was a pleasant surprise on the large bathrooms and nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked - though more cereals bowls would be nice. The location of the property was ideal! There was a welcome book but it seemed a bit outdated and referred to a management company that we didn’t book through and checking in with them- we never did that and had no problems. The bathrooms were a little dirty- more attention in the showers and all the drawers needed to be cleaned. No cleaning supplies were provided so that was a little annoying. And the house needed a general dusting of ledges and end tables but the kitchen and living areas were clean. Overall we’d star here again

Great Keys getaway

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The photos of the property really didn't do it justice. There weren't any toiletries or pantry items which was a bit annoying, so we ended up buying what we needed and leaving the extras for the next guests. Otherwise everything was great. The Cabana Club is a bit outdated, but we weren't really interested in using it anyway.

keys family vacation

If you are going to the keys for boating this is a great place. The boat ramp is located 2 mins from the house and my boat trailer fit under the house with no problem. When not out on the boat the kids were able to fish right off the sea wall with great success. There is a deep freezer downstairs to hold bait and our catches from over the week. Overall, we had a great time, and the house did not disappoint.

The property was perfect for our family of four

The house is in the perfect location, very nicely remodeled, very very comfortable beds. We had some interesting fish right from the canal, including edible snapper. The deep freeze is very handy for bait and the fresh catch. Some of the pots and pans are a little dated And the shower pressure is not great, but really, that is not a negative about this property. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect property and location

Our family had a blast staying in this condo. Alain was a great host and very responsive. Our kids enjoyed feeding the fish in the canal every day. Highly recommend Curlys Coffee right down the road. The cabana club was also fun, with lots of good food and poolside service, and the beach is a few steps away from the pool - the pics online didn't do justice. Key Colony Beach is a hidden gem in the keys, and the location was perfect - bahia honda state park is 25 min south, and key west is 1.25 hrs south. We also went north to Islamorada to visit Theater of the Seas (40 min drive) and spent the rest of the day in Everglades National Park (2 hr drive). Highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in the keys!!
