Nice and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on near west side of Tucson. Just 8 minutes to the downtown area, 5 minutes to Interstate 10 and 3 minutes to groceries/shopping makes this a very convenient location in Tucson. Master bedroom/full bath is upstairs which features a king sized bed and Netflix/Amazon Prime/YouTube etc.. TV. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with queen sized futon. Kitchen and dining area includes microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, washer, dryer, toaster oven and Keurig coffee/tea machine. You will also have access to a 2 car garage and pool/hot tub.

Wonderful!

Lovely place, spacious & clean! Felt warm and comfortable. Nice outside area with a grill. Easily accessible great location! Appreciated the hot tub after long hikes. Mark was quick to respond and helpful! Overall a great place to stay, would highly recommend!

Nice property overall

Rental was what was anticipated based on description. Mark was responsive, check in was easy. Would've liked more pillows and towels at the property; the bathroom was fairly clean, overall the stay was great

Nice home.

The house was in a great neighborhood. Mark was easy to work with. It was so nice of him to check on us during the week and leave suggestions for restaurants/activities.

We could not have chosen a better place in Tucson! Clean, quiet, close to everything you could want.

Mark was just an email away, provided ample towels and huge comfortable king in master suite. Would definitely rent again! Thoughtful pantry items as well.
