Long-time real estate investor and frequent visitor to Florida. Originally from Iowa and currently living in Minnesota but have several family members living in central Florida. Love the warm weather, beaches and overall comfort of everything Florida has to offer, especially in the Sarasota metro.

Walking distance to many popular attractions and just a short drive to Siesta Key or Lido Beaches -- rated some of the BEST in the world!
