About this property

Beautiful loft apartment on the ground floor of 170m² is ideally located 100m from the ocean side beaches.
You will appreciate its spacious and brightness. A large living - dining room 80 m² with wood stove and TV area to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
Two spacious terraces (45 and 55 sqm) is closed and oriented west and a private parking for two cars. Located between two seas: 100m of ocean beaches and 300m from the beaches of the Bay of Quiberon.
Penthièvre Beach allows surfing, kite surfing, sailing, yachting, paddle, kayak.
A boat ramp is available.
On a tree-lined square at 50m is two tennis courts, a bowling green and tennis.

Des vacances au top

Le logement est parfait, propre, plus grand que sur les photos, chacun trouve sa place facilement. La proximité de la plage d'une école de surf, du terrain de volley, de pétanque et de tennis sont des vrais plus! Petit bémol, la "boulangerie" toute proche ferme à 14h et le pain n'y est pas très bon. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Idéal en famille ou entre amis

Loft idéalement placé entre Quiberon et le continent, à une minute à pied de l'océan et 4 de la baie de Quiberon. Très bien décoré et équipé, les babyfoot et billard ont eu un certain succès, une armoire remplie de jeux de société et un bac de jeux de plages. 6 vélos adultes à dispo. Bonne literie et nombreux couchages. Équipement disponible pour les bébés (lit, table de change et petit pot) Le wifi est disponible (non précisé dans la description lors de notre réservation) et le débit honnête. Des propriétaires très sympathiques et avenants, bref un excellent séjour qui nous laissera de très bons souvenirs et qui nous a permis de découvrir ce petit bout de Bretagne. Nous reviendrons sans doute mais malheureusement, plus de disponibilité pour cet été au moment où nous écrivons ces lignes, c'est justifié ! Franchement, ce logement, son emplacement et son équipement, c'est le top du top !

Très joli loft très bien situé

Loft très bien décoré, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Très bien situé entre l’océan et la baie de Quiberon. Loin de l’agitation de Quiberon. Dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et joli. Petite boulangerie Le spot à 1 minute à pied très chouette et pratique. Petit train le Tire bouchon à 2 minutes à pieds. Parfait pour se ressourcer. Propriétaire sympa. Bon plan 🙂
