Relax in this private and adorable remodeled home 1 block from the Animas River, trail system and walking distance to downtown Durango. Our home is 850 sq feet of open living space, light and bright with two bedrooms and one bath. Walk or bike the river trail to local shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
The back patio has seating for an evening of grilling under the stars while watching your dog play in the fully fenced yard.

Our remodeled home has granite counters, stainless appliances and a large open floor plan. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a beautiful meal from the farmers market. The new temperpedic mattress in master is super comfy with new linens. Everything you need to make your stay complete from fresh towels, hairdryer, iron, shampoo, washer/dryer...etc.
The front and backyard are fenced for your dog. The back patio has seating for a beautiful evening of grilling under the stars.
Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Location: In town Durango 1 Block from the Animas River and trail system where you can walk or bike (2 bikes on premiss) to Main Street. Hop in our tubes or rent kayaks or paddle boards and float down the river! We love this quiet neighborhood so close to everything. Go for a hike, run, or bike ride right from the house and enjoy the river and views.
