Three bar chairs line the kitchen counter's overhang which makes serving your delicious meal a breeze.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a comfortable round, wooden table that seats four. Enjoy an evening of fine dining as the room's ambiance lends itself to sophisticated formality- the table sits over an oriental rug, the chairs are all cushioned and have armrests, and a lovely hutch with a china display stands nearby.

When the table is cleared, head to the adjoining living room and kick back in either of the two plush recliners or on the large couch. When you're ready to retire for the evening, you have three spacious bedrooms to choose from as your own. The primary bedroom offers its lucky guests a soft king size bed, ample dresser space for personals, and a mounted Smart TV so you can end your day to the sounds of your favorite show. However, one of its most exclusive features is its private entryway to the ocean view balcony; perfect for slipping out quietly in the mornings to enjoy a stunning New Smyrna sunrise. The fully updated primary bathroom boasts of natural tile, granite top vanity, a glass encased walk-in shower, and a large, jetted bathtub.

The second bedroom gives guests a cozy, beachy retreat with its white walls, palm tree accents, and cozy king size bed. Those staying in the third bedroom will find that their room offers two twin beds, colorful bedding and a closet with plenty of space. Shared by these two rooms, the guest bathroom offers a large wood vanity with a granite countertop, large mirror and standard bathtub and shower.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, free wireless internet, and cable TV. This condo permits ONE dog under 20lbs. Pet fees and breed restrictions apply.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.
