This condo sits right on the beach in Ocean City, less than two miles north of the boardwalk's famous eateries and family entertainment. Enjoy a variety of miniature golf courses on Coastal Highway, or spend a day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park, two miles south. You'll be three-quarters of a mile north of Seacrets, Jamaica USA, and less than a quarter-mile stroll from Fager's Island for food and nightly entertainment. If you love shopping, the Tanger Outlets are only five miles inland. After a beautiful day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a cool, soothing dip in the shared swimming pool.

You'll enjoy all the comforts of home, including an updated kitchen, a new queen sofa bed in the living room, high-speed internet, three TVs for everyone's viewing pleasure, and coastal decor that will whisk you away with thoughts of sun and sand. The condo also comes with two off-street parking spots.

The seasonal outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Until further notice, due to local restrictions and regulations, shared amenities may not be available at the time of your stay.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Disappointment Overload!

When we got there we believe that the condo had not been cleaned. There was a Bath tub ring and all of the faucets had soapscum on them Which we had to remove before we could shower. We have been driving for 10 hours and we're exhausted.. Ocean city was a layover stop for us on our trip. We had never been before and my sister and I thought it would be a good time. We had 1 day to spend there and we spent that day sitting at the condo waiting for vacasa staff to come over and look at the condo.. There was a couple of spots of oil on the counter in the kitchen and the sofa was beyond dirty. It had black stains on it and was very warn. It did not have a good older to it and when we tried to sit on it. The right side was broken and you sunk deep down in. I could not sit on that sofa and watch TV and feel comfortable. We had to put all of the pillows across the sofa cover it with a sheet and then sit on it. We Both have asthma and the dust in that apartment was overkill. There is a plastic Palm tree which was covered with dust on the top there is a large decorative Vase filled with seashells that had according of grease on it with dust on top of that it was just not a clean condo we had just come. From staying in 2 other condos one In virginia and one in north carolina and they were spotless.

Sandpiper Dunes 710 - very dirty

We have stayed at other condos in the past at Sandpiper Dunes because we love the location and have always had a great experience there until our stay this past week. We stayed at Sandpiper Dunes 710 and we were very disappointed. The condo itself has a great layout, beautiful oceanfront view but was very dirty. Who cleans these condos? Whoever it is clearly isn't doing their job. We were so grossed out, there was a lot of black MOLD all over the shower curtains, all of the molding was extremely dirty, the furniture was also dirty as well as uncomfortable, the master comforter was soooo old and had rips in many places, the balcony furniture was rusty and a few chairs unstable, the handle on the screen door fell off every time we used it. I have photos to show what I am referring to but unfortunately this survey will not allow me to attach them. We lived in filth and we paid good money to stay there. If you are going to rent this unit again it needs a DEEP CLEAN and new bedding. I truly believe we deserve some sort of refund due to these poor conditions.

beach front stay

The place had a nice set-up and we loved the view of the ocean. The furnishings were a little outdated. I always wish they would update the comforters and pillows more often. Unfortunately the porch furniture was rusty and there were 2 broken chairs taking up room out there. they did put new cushions on the other chairs at least.
