Judy's Place is located in the Venture Out Resort. A quiet little secret escape just 20 miles from Key West. Judy's Place is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom mobile home that has all the comforts of home. Offering a spacious living room, kitchen area, large master bedroom and guest room with ample closet space. The space continues outside with outside dining area, BBQ and sitting area. This is the perfect hideaway for a vacation of rest & relaxation.

The Venture Out Resort has numerous offerings that makes this your perfect Key's hideaway. Bring your boat and take advantage of the private launch ramps for the resort guests. Soak up the sun poolside in the large community pool or relax in the jacuzzi. The resort also offers tennis courts, playground and much more.
Bring your family for a true authentic Key's experience. Venture Out will soon become a MUST STAY for all of your future stays.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
When you arrive at Venture Out Resort, you will go to the Venture Out Office (or the Guard Gate if it is after hours) and pay a charge of $109.50 plus tax Gate Entry Fee for the use of the Venture Out amenities and to receive your parking pass. This gives you full usage of the pool, Jacuzzi, marina, tennis courts, playground, and more. Cash or check only is accepted for this fee.

Only one car, one motorcycle and one battery powered golf cart is permitted at each lot. Transportation vehicles must fit in the driveway or will have to be moved into overflow parking for a nightly fee. If you have an extra car, boat trailer, or jet ski trailer you will need to park them in the overflow parking lot and pay the appropriate nightly fee up to 14 days maximum pending availability. (The rates are $2-$4 per night depending on size). NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, THAT VENTURE OUT WILL PROVIDE ANY OVERFLOW PARKING SPACES FOR ADDITIONAL UNIT BOAT TRAILERS OR VEHICLES. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

IF YOU ARRIVE WITH MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE OR THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNIT, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE PARK AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Relaxing in paradise

We loved our stay at Judy's place. The view and scenery are beautiful. It was quiet and we were able to get some much-needed rest and relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay very much. The shower, we knew the cold and hot were opposite normal operation, but it was not possible to adjust the temperature to moderate, it was either very hot or turned rapidly cold as you moved the handle, and moving it back again to hot didn’t always make it hot. I messaged the owner so she could possibly address it, and she responded quickly.

What makes this property unique

Venture Out Resort, a quiet little secret located just 19 miles from Key West, is a water-lover’s dream. This 69 acre condominium resort was created to put the ocean at your back door.

The amenities are abundant…..heated swimming pool + kiddie pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, salt water swim lagoon, full service marina, two boat ramps, ship store and tiki hut overlooking the ocean. There are many activities such as tennis, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoe, shuffleboard, golf putting green, playground and recreation hall with free wifi, lending library, billiards, darts, ping pong and games. There are numerous scheduled events and activities that take place from November to April. Church service is held on Sunday’s. The pavilion is a gathering center for a host of activities, from pot luck dinners, boat and tennis club gatherings, musical performances, entertainment, plays and movies are some of the many fun things you can do while visiting our lovely resort

We are located on Kemp Channel, one of the most accessible boating channels to both the beautiful back country as well as a quick ten-minute run to the open Atlantic and it’s Coral Reefs. Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is a nearby must for snorkeling and diving in the crystal blue Atlantic. On the gulf side, Cudjoe Key offers the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge…A kayak or small boat paradise.
