This 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home was just recently remodeled complete with Game room , entertainment room , Pool Table, Yamaha electric piano ,6 person spa and much more ! All on NON driving white sand beaches !
This is a well planned house to fit everyone and friends !!
Multi level decks surround this beautiful home that sits directly on the best beach in Florida. The large deck allow everyone to have fun in or out of the sun, plenty of room for corn hole or games. So many things to do , sea shell hunting , surfing , fishing, kayaking , beach biking, Frisbee and so many other activities right at your door step.
The premium location sits on the famous Atlantic Ave , miles of sidewalks for walkers or joggers . The 4 bedrooms are large with multiple choices of beds.
both bedrooms upstairs could be considered as a master so 2 families can share this house with the kids staying down stairs with lots to do !!
5- Smart TV's , a large screen 65'' upstairs for entertaining the whole family , a 55'' the main room downstairs for gaming or sports .
Both the bedrooms upstairs have flat screens for those who need a break form all the fun going on outside . last but not least is the 43'' flat screen mounted in the billiard / game room which also has a new Yamaha electric piano.

Beautiful House in New Smyrna Beach

Our stay at this wonderful house on the beach was both a joy and relaxing. The hosts were supportive, responsive, accessible, and great people. Many pleasant memories were had here.

Great location and amenities

Wonderful home for family with young children and small dogs. Safe no-drive beach, large open deck area with covered porch area for sun and rain protection. Inside open entertaining with downstairs gameroom. Owner was close by for any problems which the few were all minor. Great time of year to go. Neighbors on each side very nice.

Amazing Oceanfront Experience

We spent one month at this property and enjoyed it very much. The very large deck is one of the major highlights of this property, offering both sunny and shady areas to enjoy the ocean. The hot tub is a wonderful way to wind down the day in the beautiful beach setting. The house is well-equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking and enjoying meals together. The owner/manager of the property is extremely responsive to any issues - no matter how small - while being very respectful of our privacy. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a real beach experience and I do hope to return next year.

The perfect beach house

I’m not sure I can express enough just how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. EVERYTHING was perfect! I didn’t want to leave, but I know we’ll be back. The property is gorgeous, super clean and filled with all of the amenities you need to make your visit as relaxing, comfortable and as wonderful as possible. Dennis, the host, was incredibly responsive and amazing at answering any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend!

This home has been completely remodeled from bottom to top .
its a million dollar property with million dollar views .
If you have never been to New Smyrna Beach , you will love it and want to come back every year. we fell in love with this home and our family completely enjoys when we stay here .
We have left several brochures of all the things to do while your here , as for us, we just hang out and enjoy the views, waves, fishing and of coarse the hot tub at night which has the best ocean views around !!

What makes this property unique

The floor plan was created to make your stay enjoyable , even when you're cooking or grilling , the ocean is in full view and steps away.
The lower level was designed for younger people to just have fun gaming, playing pool or music and all couches are also queen beds .
