Beautiful waterfront cottage on Lake Norman, located on Kiser Island Road in Historic Terrell, NC. Like New - 2 BR / 2BA (*** PLUS*** Exclusive use of Pontoon Boat rentals by the day or stay less than half price of local rates-- (Note: Must be 21 or older, waiver required & weather permitting) - Upstairs loft, spiral staircase, awesome lake views - Sleeps 7. Corn Hole, board games. Fishing gear!

The space

This home is part of the Kiser's estate located in an area full of rich heritage and adjacent to the "Old Farm House " which dates back to the late 1800's . The Kiser Cottage is very unique as the photos show with full views to the lake, screened in Porch, and large yard play area. Beautiful Cedar wood inside and out with screen porch and huge deck overlooking the lake. Full Amenities included.

Girls weekend

The house was wonderful - on beautiful land, with incredible access to and views of the lake, and so much available to us - boat, kayaks, paddle board and diving board. Plus enough towels and nice linens which are rare in rentals! The owner is working on a few house upgrades to add some privacy for visitors. We didn’t need it but would be helpful for couples. Highly recommend. Thank you Earl and family!

Great Host

There were a few technical issues while there, but Earl responded to them very quickly so that they had very little impact on our stay. Things are going to happen from time to time, the true test is how your host responds to them. Earl went above and beyond getting them resolved quickly!!!
