Beachfront Kealia #403 is a remodeled condo with out-of-this-world ocean views. The materials, finishes, and furniture in this one-bedroom, one-bath unit make it charming and cozy. The fully equipped kitchen is especially striking, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets. The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, plus an office area in the alcove. Stay cool and comfortable with AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench. For the ultimate vacation convenience, there is a full-size front-loading, stack washer/dryer. From the lanai, you will savor tropical sunsets, winter whale watching, and resort views of the pool, barbecue area, and beach. There are two large picnic tables in a leafy shaded spot and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing, beach reading, or socializing with fellow guests; even snoozing. You are on vacation, after all. Located adjacent to the Kealia Wildlife Refuge, the beach, and land is undeveloped for 4.5 miles of white sanded strolling, all the way to Ma’alaea Village with the harbor and Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. Very nice property and grounds pool area-nice beach steps from pool-lots of lounge chairs

Check in was very easy-text message day before had all we needed to get in and relax-unit on fourth floor was nice and clean-lots of restaurants in area

Comfortable Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was comfortable and had a great ocean view. The area was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with supplies for the days we decided to eat in. Upon arrival the unit was to access and clean. My only concern was there were ants, but we kept all food in the refrigerator which helped.

Great Place! Great View!

This is a very comfortable, well equipped unit. The view from balcony overlooks pool and ocean. It was mostly very quiet except for the sound of the waves. The unit is close to many restaurants, food carts, a wonderful bakery and shave ice place. We were there to whale watch. So a bonus was that we were not far from Ma'alaea Harbor a departure point for Pacific Whale Foundation trips. We also enjoyed the bird life at the Kealia Wildlife refuge and pond. Our only issue was that during our entire stay several kids were in the pool seemingly all day including the adults only time.
