This custom built 2 story log style Big Bear Cabin, is great for large families, holding up to 16 people with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with every room showcasing views of the mountains and/or Big Bear lake!

Stepping in to Mountain Canyon Retreat  you’ll find an open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. In the living room, you’ll find two large sliding doors that lead out on to a balcony, providing great mountain views both right from the comfort of the couch as well as outside where you can enjoy the fresh air. You can also relax on the couch in front of a large screen TV.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a gas countertop stove, two stacked wall ovens, a classic coffee pot and Keurig, and seating at the island bar! With plenty of counter space and appliances, your family will love spending time together in this kitchen preparing meals.  There is a wall oven with a warming drawer down below, keeping food warm while cooking for large groups. There is ample seating in both the dining room and family room area.

Downstairs, you’ll find a second family room complete with a full bar, fireplace, pool table, and foosball table, seating for enjoying the TV, work out equipment, a kids play area, and more! Bunkbeds and a twin bed can also be found down here giving you additional sleeping space. A great area for in-home entertainment with your family and something for everyone to enjoy!

In the master bedroom, you’ll love the attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink, separate standing shower and jetted tub, with grand views! The home also provides 3 additional bedrooms, all with mountain views.

Enjoy time with your friends and family on the home’s deck, grilling one of your meals, or sit and enjoy the view with your morning cup of coffee before starting the day. This deck has recently been updated with a solarium allowing you to enjoy the outdoor views in any weather!

This home is in a great location for distance to grocery stores or necessities during your stay, with main stores only 1 mile or less away and also includes two car garage parking with EV charger!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
