 Take advantage of beautiful spring weather and book your getaway this spring at a discount!  We have recently discounted prices by 15% for new March and April bookings, enjoy golf, the beach, boardwalk, and recreational amenities all before the summer crowds hit!

Located in the award winning “Bayside Resort” waterfront community, this 4 bedroom luxury townhome is one of Bayside’s most popular rentals and the perfect place for your multi-generation family vacation. Recently updated with fresh paint and new carpeting, this lovely home is beautifully appointed and maintained. Walk around the corner to the Commons Neighborhood Pool and recreation area, or enjoy a 5 minute walk to the larger Sun Ridge Pool/kids Splash Zone and Tennis & Pickleball complex where the kids have their pick of water and playground activities. Your drive to Fenwick Island state park and Ocean City beaches and boardwalk are just a few miles away. 

This home boasts an outdoor built-in gas fire pit with sectional sofa for those chilly summer nights and s'mores after your barbecue feast on the large gas grill and outdoor dining area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare your vacation meals at your fingertips. The Harris Teeter grocery store/Starbuck's is located conveniently outside of Bayside at 31221 Americana Pkwy (rated 4.5 *). If you choose not to cook, there are multiple restaurants and dining options within minutes including Signatures Restaurant here on the premises at the Clubhouse where you will enjoy dining inside or al fresco overlooking our beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

First floor primary suite:

Second floor:
Bed 2 - King bed w/premium mattress, walk in closet, balcony with seating, 50” HDTV.

For extra guests there is a queen sleep sofa in the family room. The house accommodates up to 12 comfortably.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

3-day pass: $40 per person 
Weekly Pass: $65 per person

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

The property was great! House was clean and located in a great spot within the community. We do wish the amenities were open a little later than 7:00pm each night but overall we were happy with our experience.

Great stay in the bay
We rented this townhouse in Bayside Selbyville during July 2023. There were 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The property was fantastic, in immaculate condition and well cared for. We had everything we needed. The community was fantastic and had loads of activities and space for recreation. We would rent here again. Thank you

Break from Reality
We had seven of us staying, and there was plenty of room for everyone. No one was on top of each other plenty of TVs, and it was amazing to have the outside fire pit and Grill. Everything was easy to use directions for everything made life so much easier. Thank you for making our break from reality. Such a success.

Amazing home
I was very impressed with how organized and clean this home was. We had a brief issue with the WiFi and it was fixed within 10 minutes! We will definitely be staying there again. Take note that the garage is very small because of the bikes on the wall so unless you have a compact be prepared to park in the guest lot. Which isn’t that far a way. Also the master bedroom mattress could use a mattress pad it tad too firm. Other than that a very lovely home.

One of the nicest Commons places I’ve ever stayed
My family and I loved the neighborhood. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding. The weather was 85° and the house was absolutely perfect. It accommodated us our needs and I provided everything that you can possibly think of regarding kitchen supplies laundry and the backyard was just the perfect size for a family, barbecue and gathering I will definitely come back.

The fire pit and outdoor furnishings of this home and gas grill out in the back yard as well as the covered front porch and balcony off MBR #2 all provide peaceful relaxation.
