First level consists of the kitchen, dining, living, half bath & laundry room with three bedrooms and full bath on the top floor. This home is in great location ready to go for a great weekend get-a-way with fishing pier and lights.

Fish and more fish!
We spent Labor Day weekend at this beautiful home. The house was spotless and the ac worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Hostess responded to messages quickly. They have a large pier for fishing with a night light. The fish were practically jumping out of the water so our teenage boys could catch them. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Matagorda.

Great place to enjoy both worlds of fishing & beaching
This place was very nice, very clean and perfect for both my husband’s and my checklist. We both love fishing and I enjoy beach combing. This place allows both, a private pier with lighting for night fishing and just a short drive to the beach. We are looking forward to visiting this place again!

Amazing rental
We loved the location and the home. It accomodated our group perfectly!! It was so quiet and everyone we talked to were so friendly. We caught so much catfish and crabs! We love Matagorda and will definitely be back!!

Hooked Up Lodge
Great place to stay for the avid angler having immediate access to both East & West Bays, the intercoastal and Colorado River. Having the bait camp & launch right next door was a nice plus as well. Look forward to coming back!

This property was just right for us. We had 4 adults and 3 children. We cooked meals, enjoyed the patio, and fishing from the dock. It is close to the beach where we spent some time also.

Great Fishing Getaway
Property is a great little house for a fishing getaway at the coast! It's located on the river and one of the closest houses to the gulf, with a bait shop literally located just a couple of houses away! Green light on the private dock worked great and house had plenty of room to fit everyone comfortably. Property owners were great and very responsive. Will definitely be returning!

Restful Retreat
Owner very responsive to any concerns. Clean and fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and a/c was perfect! Fishing slow, but we relaxed right beside the water. We will return!

Nice getaway
Nice roomy property, with plenty of beds. Great location between town and the beach. We always love staying on the river. Perk with this one that we havent had with other rentals was the wifi and ability to watch tv in the streaming subscriptions.

We love this property, it's spacious enough for our family of 7. The fishing is great too! Each time we've stayed we caught a large black drum! I highly recommend this place for a great stay at a great price!!

Great property. Beds were comfortable. Great water preasure in shower. Roomy , spacious, and clean. No washer and dryer, and trash pick up were the only negatives I have.

Early Fall Fishing
Me and 3 friends came down for a weekend of early Fall fishing and relaxation. The property fit all our needs and exceeded them, close to the jetty's makes easy access to Gulf of Mexico, West Bay is easy to run to in a boat as well. Waynes Bait Camp is just up the road and is clean and friendly bait shop. House was comfortable and clean, deck views are amazing and plenty outdoor areas and furniture to enjoy the views. We plan to come back again.

House was very clean and comfortable. Fishing from pier was awesome. Only lacks. Fish cleaning station, which I believe they are still working on things after storm last year. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place right on the river!
There were some problems. The TV did not get local stations such as ABC, CBS, etc. There was no instructions for getting them. It is football season and could not even get ESPN. The freezer shelves were broken so you had a top shelf and the bottom.
