On the beach

Property was great! Balcony overlooking ocean, easy walk to beach and pool was right there. We opted to drive most places and free parking is hard to find. You have to pay to park at most places/lots. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and had keurig and coffee pot and elevator. You can park at front of building to load/unload and there are carts on property you can use.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Oceanfront View

Fabulous condo. Everything in it was top quality. The building itself was a little old but the condo had been updated and couldn’t have been nicer. Great location also. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

Everything about this condo is perfect for a beach getaway. The unit is very tastefully decorated in an updated, contemporary style. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The view is fantastic and there is plenty of comfortable furniture on the balcony to eat, relax and hang out for hours. TV and wifi worked just fine. Everything was clean, communication and keyless entry made it easy, and it was great for our group of three adults. Of course, many more people can fit comfortably. I would definitely choose to stay here again when possible!

Relaxing, picture perfect, everything you want!

The condo was just as described and then some. It was great! They had coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did have to buy trash bags. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. Plenty of spaces. I would highly recommend to a friend.

Condo needs a lot of maintenance

Leaks in the ceiling, sliding glass doors would barely open and kept getting stuck. Broken window shade in master bedroom. The keypad kept messing up and not wanting to take the code. No parking for guests at property and had to park across the street where our vehicle got rear ended by someone.

Celebrating my son's High School Graduation!!

This condo is just perfect!! Loved the new interior and how clean everything was. Right on the beach, 1 mile from the boardwalk, and a 4 mile bike ride to Kure beach/Ft. Fisher!! The condo had everything, beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers so no need to pack the car with these items...like we did :( You must try Britt's donuts on the boardwalk DELICIOUS!! We truly enjoyed our stay here and had a great time as a family relaxing on the beach along with all the other activities the beach offers!!!

Nice, newly renovated unit. Tasteful, not tacky. One issue beachfront bedroom needs slat support under mattress ... Starting to sag in middle due to incorrect support placement. Great beach, lived the nearby "Tiki bar" .

Overall experience was good. The disappointments were the king bed in the master bedroom. It had to be the worst mattress that I have slept on. I travel frequently for work and sleep in many hotel beds and this particular bed was very poor. In addition to the poor quality mattress the bed was not constructed correctly. I would strongly suggest correcting for future guests. The property was convenient and would certainly stay again if the master bed was corrected. All other aspects were enjoyable.

Get away weekend

Had a great long Easter weekend! Condo was just as pictured, recently updated with everything we needed. The complex had an indoor pool/hot tub which was nice on the cooler days.
