This Open Concept 4 Bedrm Home Welcomes You! Perfect Narragansett Getaway!

This Sand Hill Cove home has everything you might want from a beach rental - enclosed outdoor shower, ceiling fans throughout, smart TV's (2), and of course a fabulous location just a short walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach, under 10 minutes on foot. There is also some amenities that you might not expect, like two living rooms, updated living room furniture, and kitchen. Three bedrooms upstairs, one on the garden level.
Narraganset is a beautiful town that has something for everyone. With many beaches to choose from--Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.
We are so excited to announce this home will be getting a brand new kitchen with island and granite counter tops as well as two fully renovated bathrooms for summer 2024! Sure to impress and allow you to vacation in style!

Good location, but house is beat up and dirty

The Positives: Proximity to Roger Wheeler beach, the high deck, the outdoor shower, big grass yard, plenty of beds. The Negatives: The pictures in the ad are from years ago and the house is not in that condition anymore, doesn't have a picnic table or swing anymore. The furniture and cabinets are very beat up: missing/misaligned cabinet doors, broken table, table and chairs covered in very sticky residue, couch is torn and springs shot, all the exterior door latches are broken, flaky light switches and dead outlets, outdoor shower door was ripped off, basement was obviously flooded at one time and never fully repaired. I communicated this to the property manager including sending pictures and got no response at all. Check-in process would have been better if we could have used lock box instead of having to drive up to Narraganset Properties office.

Great family house

We had a great week with our family at this house. Most days we walked to Roger Wheeler State Beach, and there are restaurants well within walking distance. The house itself is perfect for a multi-family stay. Our only concern was the staircase is very wide and did not fit a baby gate for our toddler, but other than that everything was great. The yard is a good size and The outdoor shower was amazing.
