Beautifully furnished this open concept floor plan is nice & bright.
The kitchen is modern with stainless appliances & granite countertops with a breakfast bar.
The living & dining area are comfortably furnished including a Smart tv in the living room. The love seat automatically reclines!
The master has a King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet & the bath offers a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with separate access to the full bath. Quality linens & towels provided.
The private deck has a bistro table that seats 4 comfortably.
This condo has well-maintained grounds, a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ's & a clubhouse with workout equipment.
Centrally located in Paradise Valley you are within walking distance to grocery stores including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods & Fry's and many restaurants including Nick's Italian & OHSO Brewery, PV Pies and Wine. Fabulous Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed out recent stay at this condo. It was very clean and well maintained. Furnishings were comfortable. The owners were wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any needs. We loved watching the golfers from the deck. The area has many restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness clubs and is very easy to drive to many of the popular events in the area. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo is gorgeous, clean and has everything you could possibly need! I travel often and this is hands down the best condo I have stayed at. The area is beautiful, quiet and has a great pool/hot tub. We are looking forward to renting it for our next trip to Scottsdale.
