Floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony that allows you to fully experience BREATHTAKING skyline views overlooking casinos and beaches. Take a stroll along the beach just across the street. Building has security on duty.

Guests have access to entire condominium. Access to all common areas with a key card.

Souvenir shop right next to the Ocean Club condominiums. Take a piece of Biloxi back home with you for keepsake. Local restaurants along the beach are one of a kind. Our condominium is very conveniently located with the mall and many other shopping centers only 5-10 mins driving distance. Keesler Air Force Base and tourist attractions is within minutes. Coliseum is just around the corner and the Treasure Bay Casino is walking distance. Other casinos are of driving distance. There are good walking routes to the beach and restaurants.

Mississippi stay-at-home order has expired and businesses are re-open.
Casinos are scheduled to reopen on May 21.

A few notes from the Ocean Club HOA:
In order to comply with CDC guidelines, it is very important that we all continue our efforts to control the spread of coronavirus. Ocean Club staff will continue with enhanced cleaning and sanitation practices.

-Fitness Center in building is re-opened. The following restrictions will be in place. Maximum occupancy is 3 people at any given time with a workout session limited to 1 hour. You may not wait inside the facility when 3 people are present. Each participant must clean equipment after use with product provided. --Anyone displaying symptoms of illness are not allowed.
-Pool will remain open with everyone's cooperation of sanitizing furniture with product provided. Maintain social distancing.
-Elevator Maximum occupancy will be 3 people at any one time, unless you are with your family. We encourage you to utilize the stairs when possible.
-Please continue to maintain Social Distancing In all common areas.

-All gulf coast Beaches are open
-Ship Island Dolphin Cruise resumed on May 15th. Ship Island Excursions operates under the National Park Service, therefore, ferry service cannot resume daily trips to the island until the Park Service re-opens the island. You may keep abreast of changes at msshipisland.com or their fb page.
