This 2750 SF recently remodeled townhome has 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / 3 fireplaces among its many features. Surrounded by mature trees to provide privacy,
a great view of Courthouse Butte can be seen from the upper deck. There is also a lower deck area for shaded seating if preferred on hotter days.

Our home is called Serenity Villa. As you enter the vaulted foyer area from the meandering front walkway, you will be presented with a welcome letter & a sweet treats dish. Our newly remodeled home has vaulted ceilings in both living & dining room areas. Fireplaces are present at 3 locations......living room, master bedroom suite & lower living areas. A complementary welcome basket is provided offering some snacks & a bottle of wine from a local Sedona Winery.

There are 3 bedrooms in this home. All of these rooms are newly furnished w/ soft & comfortable bed linens & sheets. The master bedroom suite offers a king bed, fireplace, TV and private bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and tub. There is a small patio seating area for 2 directly outside this suite through a glass wall sliding door. The second bedroom also has a king bed with TV while the third bedroom has 2 full beds & TV accommodations.

The guest bathroom has a shower & the large laundry room has both washer and dryer with utility sink and storage cabinets with many household amenities.

The open concept kitchen is complete with all new appliances and every utensil needed to cook a family dinner for all. The living room area has TV above a fireplace while the dining room has the accommodations to seat 8 guests if needed. A large upper deck area, which raps around these living / dining areas, is newly furnished with a dining table & chairs, cushioned sofa & chairs w/ foot rests & coffee table. A Blackstone grill is also provided for outdoor cooking excitement. A great view of Courthouse Butte can be seen for the deck along with tree lined privacy.

Down a flight of stairs off the living room area is a lower level that provides yet another TV above a fireplace, sleeper sofa and a table that can be used for family game time. A third bathroom, complete with a shower is also located in this lower area. Maps of the whole Sedona area line these lower level walls for ease of locating your next family outing and adventure. There is also a map for all guest to use in marking their home town location. A lower deck area is accessible from here with additional seating provided.

Our Canyon Mesa Community have a 9 hole golf course, which is now rated 5th in the country. Tennis, pickleball, foot golf, a swimming pool and whirlpool are all available as guests to our community.
