Beautiful completely renovated lake view home just a stones throw from the water, and one street back from beautiful Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.

A complete custom renovation of this home was recently completed with a beautiful mixture of old world and modern design. This 1500 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with all the extras to help you enjoy your vacation. New flooring, paint, bathrooms, and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, new queen size pillow top mattresses (king in master) and fine linens - it's all fresh, beautiful and clean! The pull-out queen sofa bed allows sleeping for up to 8 total. The deck faces the lake, spans almost the entire length of the house and is ready for your outdoor lounging and BBQ cooking. Full size washer/dryer included. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby marina. We have room for trailers and vehicles also on site. great quiet place

Im sure it was quiet because it was near a marina at the lake and it was December. But it was a great place to stay and close to silver dollar city. which is what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable as well. If i were to choose anything to upgrade if I owned this cabin, is to put in a water softner.

Great Condo!!

The property was very nice. We actually cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 13 and had all the items we needed. I will definitely stay here again. The host was very accommodating with an early check-in time since we were in town early. He was very responsive to any of our questions. Was cold, so we didn't take advantage of the deck and gas grill set-up, but it's very nice. You can see the lake from the deck. Very quiet area.

Easy and accurate

Mike was very accommodating for our needs as we drove all the way from CA for a bass tournament. House was exactly as it is listed and Mike was very quick and easy to communicate with. The property is in a great location for fishing and boating and has excellent parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Highly recommend.
