This quiet neighborhood is a very short walk to Notre Dame, keeping you close to the action with all the comforts of home.

Guest can access the entire home with huge finished basement including garage where all our patio items are with grill.

Functional

It is a small three bedroom home with 1 bath. It was clean and a nice place for a group to crash who aren't planning on spending a great deal of time in the home. It would be perfect for a group of friends on a sport event weekend or a visit to campus. My brother and I used it for a Spartan race at the football stadium and it served our purposes very well.
