Belle maison, mais manque d'intimité, et relations compliquées avec les propriétaires

Belle maison, mais manque d'intimité, et relations compliquées avec les propriétaires La maison est bien rénovée, spacieuse et plutôt bien équipée. Elle est à proximité du port de Saint-Jacques (odeurs de vase...). A savoir: il est écrit dans le contrat que le propriétaire se réserve le droit de passer quelques heures par semaine dans le jardin pour l'entretien des espaces verts. En pratique, en été en tout cas, il s'agit surtout de voir le propriétaire plusieurs heures d'affilée dans le potager (dans le jardin de la maison), en plus du temps d'arrosage (en pleine sécheresse) des plantes du jardin. De plus, la maison possède un garage qui n'est pas accessible aux locataires. Il sert de stockage pour l'annexe du propriétaire, qui passe la récuopérer et la déposer dans la journée sans prévenir, pour passer du temps sur son bateau. Nous ne nous sommes donc pas sentis chez nous pendant ces trois semaines, car le portail électrique pouvait s'ouvrir à n'importe quel moment de la journée, et le propriétaire pouvait rester sur place longtemps Enfin, nous n'avons pas été bien reçus. Pas un "bonjour", pas de "vous avez fait bonne route?". Une grande première pour nous... La restitution des clefs et l'état des lieux de sortie était également très froid, malgré une maison laissée impeccable. Il a fallu que nous insistions pour récupérer le chèque de caution car "parfois, on découvre des choses cassées une fois le locataire parti"... Nous avons donc fait un "état des lieux approfondi", qui devait durer une heure, mais n'a duré au final qu'une dizaine de minutes. Malgré la qualité de la maison, nous avons été trop déçus de ce manque d'intimité, ainsi que de cette relation complexe avec les propriétaires.

Séjour agréable

Maison très propre et très bien équipée. Propriétaire sérieux . A préciser que celui-ci passe régulièrement pour accéder au garage ou arroser les plantations.
