We are always doing upgrades, such as a new tankless water heater for added reliability. While others may have room temperature water, we offer a unique luxury of clean, great-tasting hot and cold filtered water. No schlepping around cases of bottled water. New appliances. A Keurig coffee maker. 2 large Fire TV flat screens with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

Sleeps 4 with perhaps your most comfy king bed ever. Plus, memory foam sofa sleeper.

We’ll answer all questions and provide help and guidance. We work to get you in early (at no extra charge like most others do). We will help in any way possible for you to enjoy a special and amazing stay. Like our little sign in the hallway reads: KINDNESS MATTERS.

Looking for a calm, quiet beach location? THIS IS THE PLACE!

If you want a loud beach location with all the Spring Breakers and vacationers, this is not the place for you! Thomas is attentive and capable of resolving any issues and the property is appropriately decorated and comfortably adorned with just the right amenities. Comfortable bed and linens along with close access to the pools. Recommend this 100/100!

Great trip - Wonderful Customer Service

This rental is a find! Clean, comfortable (the mattress is superb), exactly as described. The resort is well maintained and felt very safe. What separates this rental , however, is the owner. Tom knows the meaning and value of customer service. Helpful, available, knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever would enhance our experience. We expect to return in the future.

Perfect vacation

The service we received was outstanding. The owner of the property went above and beyond to make sure we had a flawless and relaxing stay. We were sad to have to return to our real lives in Phoenix.

In my DNA, there are countless memories of sun and fun along the beach in New Jersey. "The Jersey Shore" was my 2nd home for much of my life in the Philadelphia area. But things change, don't they? Now, Puerto Peñasco is a new chapter in paradise. It's not just "Arizona's Beach." It's ours and we appreciate its beauty, personality, and uniqueness.

What makes this property unique

OMG the views! I never miss a day soaking in the Sea of Cortez with my eyes, heart, and soul. We began making this home by getting the custom whale in the kitchen. Then zoom zoom we went all out in making every room in this place a family beach paradise.
