Spiral staircase leads upstairs to thee bedrooms one full size bed,one queen and twin trundle day bed. This location is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, less than a mile to three great restaurants , a brewery, shopping plaza with a cinema

An arcade for the children is just down the road and a trolley that also takes you to the grocery plaza. Blankets, pillows, bedspreads , gas for the grill . dishes silverware,serving utensils,pots and pans and kitchen and bathroom supplies

Being on the ocean side of Rte 1 (and far away enough to enjoy this quiet neighborhood) you are 2 minutes from great ocean views of Wells beach, accessible along a pleasant, scenic coastal road. The house provides a great central location for access to coastal drives, restaurants, sites, and great Wells antique and specialty shops as well as shopping for all your general needs. You are minutes away from Ogunquit and Kennebunkport in this central location, and the best ice cream shop in the entire area is located on Eldridge road, right off of Batchelder lane.

Beautiful sunsets and location

Spacious and accommodating location just a short 2-3 min walk away from the beach! Loved having coffee on the patio and watching beautiful sunsets at night. Also loved the cool air coming right off the marsh at night into bedroom windows for the majority of our stay which was perfect for sleeping. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with and was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient location. Very short walk to the beach. Market just up the road, you don't have to go out ot Post road traffic. We had a great time. Very roomy, we where 10 people all together.

great location

This is second time we stayed here. Very nice living space. Bed rooms are small as almost all houses in that area. But they added AC units to the upstairs rooms which made those much nicer for sleeping at night. Would certainly consider using it again.
