Large Provencal country house with swimming pool, carport, and enclosed garden.
On the heights of the village, it is located in a wooded area and perfectly protected from any neighborhood. (naturism possible around the pool).
The house offers a large, very sunny room opening onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a covered terrace.
It is equipped with household appliances in perfect working order (washing machine, dishwasher, ovens, freezer ...) and high-performance WiFi.
The village is 300 meters from the house, a shopping area with supermarket is 3 km away, and the nearest beaches are 35 km away (les Salins de Hyères).

Toller Urlaub ♥️🇫🇷🧡

Das Haus ist wunderschön und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Es gab bei der Ankunft sogar eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Der Pool und Garten sind herrlich. Wir konnten wandern, Rennradfahren, entspannen, schwimmen, grillen … im Supermarkt des Ortes bekommt man alles ganz frisch. Vielen Dank lieber Jean Pierre, Dein Haus hat uns herrliche Ferien bereitet!

Formidable!

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques dans cette propriété unique à Rocbaron. C'est une maison très spacieuse avec toutes les commodités et, surtout, une vue formidable. La propriété est entièrement clôturée, de sorte que notre chien (un saint-bernard) pouvait également s'y promener librement. Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement de la maison idéal, au calme mais à une courte distance des lieux plus touristiques. Nous avons notamment fait des excursions à Marseille, Saint-Tropez, Grimaud, Bormes les Mimosas, Cotignac... Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très agréable. Très sympathique, facilement accessible et très serviable. Un grand merci à Jean-Pierre, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ici avec nos enfants.

Traumhaftes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und liegt auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Sackgasse. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in die Landschaft der grünen Provence. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig (unsere beiden Kinder hatten jeweils ein Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames Badezimmer; das Elternschlafzimmer war mit angeschlossenem Bad)) und nett eingerichtet. Auch bei hohen Temperaturen im Juli konnte man es im Haus gut aushalten. Garten und Pool sind sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, so dass unser Hund frei rumlaufen konnte. Der Besitzer Jean-Pierre ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Der Ort Rocbaron ist nett aber eher ruhig, es gibt im Ortskern nur 1 Restaurant. In ca. 2 km Entfernung gibt es einen Bäcker, Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge zum Strand, in die Provence und an die Côte d’Azur. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Maison dans un écrin de verdure

La maison est très bien équipée et nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien, comme chez nous. Notre hôte est charmant, accueillant et prévenant. Le plus : terrain entièrement clos qui a permis à notre petite chienne Khalee de se promener en toute sécurité et bien sur la piscine. Maison au top
