Your Last Minute Vacation Destination!!! This beautiful, well kept home is located on Long Lake on the Chain of Lakes in Waupaca, WI. Over 1700 sqft, the newly remodeled home features a private master bedroom with private master bath off the main living area. There is a gallery kitchen that offers a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave along with your pots, pans and all kitchen amenities. Dining room features a nice size table and living room with TV. There is a washer and dryer off the main bath and bedroom with a queen size bed also located on the main level. The upper level features two full size beds, build in dresser and bunk beds. This area could sleep up to 6 people comfortable. There is a screened in porch that wraps around the lake side of the home. 110 feet of lake frontage with a dock for fishing off of, tying your boat to or just sitting on and taking in the beautiful views. This lake has many types of fish from perch and small mouth bass to bluegill and lake trout and you can fish right off the dock! Fire pit, chairs and swing make for a relaxing afternoon. Bring your friends and family and come enjoy the lake life! One mile away from the Red Mill which has Wi Fi and a relaxing atmosphere.
There is a 7 night minimum in the high season from Memorial Day to Labor Day then a 4 night minimum. Friday to Friday or Sat to Sat bookings Only Please.
Also, no pets allowed, must be 25 yrs old to book, no smoking and no parties please.

1.) Strip all bedding, rugs and towels that were used and start first load. 2.) Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.

3.) Take out all trash and place in large garbage bins. 4.) Make sure to place large bins at the base of the driveway Sunday night for Monday pick up.

5.) Remove all items out of the refrigerator and freezer and any personal food items and beverages and take with you or place in large garbage bins.

The Lake is Calling

Nice cabin with multiple beds. Master bedroom was very nice with a great wide window overlooking Long Lake. It was great to have A.C. on the day it was 100F. The refrig was large and kitchen had lots of pots and pans.

August vacation Long Lake

The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. The screened in porch was great. Check in easy. Angie was very responsive and helpful.

Would not stay there again

The 1st line is incorrect. The only upgrade is main bedroom. The ceiling is falling down in the living room and about to fall down in the kitchen/dining. The dvd selection looks as though half are missing the actual disc, just a mess. The cabinets are a mess where pots, pans and dish towels are. The closet in the main bath is behind a curtain in the shower and everything is just thrown in there, hard to tell if towels are even clean. Same with the closet in master bath, just out in the open. There is NO water pressure in the showers, which we mentioned but were made to feel like we just had to deal with it. We ended up temporarily fixing ourselves. Be very careful with the hot water, literally will scald your skin! The outside could use a power washer and gutters cleaned out, there's trees growing out of them Last but not least the hill to the lake is steep and the rock steps are sliding down the hill so pretty unsafe especially at night cause the solar lights dont work. We managed for the week only cause we already paid for it but never again.

Family 4th of July Stay

We had a wonderful week long stay as a family over the 4th of July. Check in and check out instructions were seamless. The cottage was well equipped for our needs. The screened in porch was perfect for evening board and card games. Angie was responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

We are a family that runs a construction and real estate company in Appleton, WI founded in 2001. We enjoy the water and outdoors and try to take advantage of the beauty in Wisconsin as much as possible. Our daughter, Lilyana loves to swim! We thought owning a house on the lake would give her tons of opportunity to do what she loves!

Why they chose this property

This property is located on a cul-de-sac on a quite, private like road. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city where families can enjoy each other and feel like they own a house on the lake. It's very kid friend with hard floor surfaces and composite chairs on the porch, easy to clean. The crystal river inn is only 1 mile away where you can rent a kayak or tube and enjoy floating down the river. There is a pontoon rental near by as well. A gas grill makes for easy grilling and the well stocked kitchen has everything you would need for the stay! There is also South Beach which is down the road about 5 miles away.
