About this property

Villa Hamara is located in the heart of the residential, peaceful and guarded area of Tosalet, 2 km from the center of Javea (amenities, restaurants) and the Arenal beach. The house, not terraced, with a surface area of 140 m², faces south and offers you ideal sunshine to enjoy the large private pool (10 x 5 meters), relax and unwind. The main house is made up of 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi and numerous international TV channels are available to you. The rooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning.
The villa has an independent studio, offering 2 to 4 additional beds (modular room with the sofa bed 2 places) and a private bathroom.

The Javea region is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It offers varied landscapes, between mountains, beaches and authentic Spanish villages, allowing a wide choice of activities. Hiking, Montgo Natural Park, water sports, beaches, coves, bike rides to discover sumptuous views of the Mediterranean, restaurants, bars and nightlife. By the coast, by car or on two wheels, set off to explore the surrounding towns and villages, such as Calp, Denia, Moraira.
The temperatures are mild throughout the year making Villa Hamara a perfect holiday spot for lovers of cycling, golf (open off season) and tennis, or simply for a moment of relaxation. The fireplace is ideal for evenings out of season.

Una casa maravillosa, cuidada y con muchos detalles

La estancia en villa hamara ha sido una experiencia buenísima. La casa es tal cual se ve en las imágenes, incluso mejor. Está muy bien localizada y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar en cuanto a equipamiento. La zona es tranquila y hay cerca calas espectaculares. La recomiendo 100%.

Audrey could not do enough for us before and during our stay at this property. She was so helpful. The property was in a beautiful quiet location and close to all amenities. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ließ kleine Wünsche offen. Auch die restliche Einrichtung war top. Ein einziges Manko: das Wohnzimmer ist nicht klimatisiert, hat dafür aber 2 Ventilatoren.

Great Villa and Host! Hope to head back again soon 🙂

We had a fantastic 5 days at Villa Hamara, the Villa was excellent and the whole group enjoyed the space and its comfortable and modern facilities. The pool, bar and boules area gave us all lots to do throughout the day/night and the location lent itself to ease of access to the beach and other amenities in the area. Audrey was super responsive and flexible throughout the booking process and while we were at the Villa. Thanks from us all 👍🏻

Urlaub in Javea

Fast vollständig renoviertes Haus. Die Bäder sind leider noch sehr alt. Die Lage ist im Oktober nicht optimal - wenige Sonnenstunden am Pool. Ansonsten ein schönes, kleines Ferienhaus.

Excellent séjour dans cette coquette maison

Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans le quartier résidentiel sécurisé de Tosalet. Maison qui vient d être rénovée, spacieuse, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et elle très bien située. Son studio indépendant et sa piscine sont de réels atouts. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité, la propriétaire et la gestionnaire sont très disponibles. Nous vous conseillons de venir passer vos vacances dans l‘agréable région de Javéa.

Le soleil et tout le confort, super séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa Hamara. Nous avons apprécié son confort (lave linge, lave vaisselle, barbecue, super literie, les draps et serviettes sont fournis, tout comme à la maison) et sa grande piscine. Le domaine de Tosalet est un endroit que nous recommandons vivement car il est calme, sécurisé et très bien entretenu. La proximité avec les commerces, la plage del Arenal (restaurants sympas sur l'esplanade, comme la Bambula), le Cap de la Nau (entre autres, il y a plein de jolis points de vue dans la région) est un plus. En bref, nous attendons avec impatience les prochaines vacances et recommandons cette villa.

lieu idéal pour vacances en famille ou entre amis

Maison très agréable et très propre, facile à vivre en famille ou entre amis. Très bien située dans le quartier résidentiel de Tosalet, calme et sécurisé, à quelques minutes de la plage del Arenal et des commerces de Javéa, beaucoup de restaurants branchés et délicieux sur le remblai pour passer de bonnes soirées ou prendre un verre en regardant la mer. Nous avons passé un super séjour, 8 personnes mais chacun son espace, le studio est parfait pour loger 2 à 4 ados, ou loger des amis de façon indépendante de la maison. Des prestations au top pour un très bon rapport qualité prix, Wifi, Télé, cuisine équipée, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, chambres agréables avec rangements, linge de maison fourni, très bel ensoleillement pour profiter de la superbe piscine (vraiment grande!), grande terrasse pour déjeuner à l'ombre de la naya, ou se reposer sur les transats... le plus : la maison va être entièrement re-décorée pour le printemps et enrichie d'un espace salon de jardin pour encore plus de confort... hâte d'y retourner...
