We have 2 units in this building, including a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit and a studio with a full bath. They are units 824 and 1108.

Enjoy this oceanfront paradise from the 8th floor of this condo with absolutely incredible direct oceanfront views. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Walking into this condo feels like your are sitting on top of the ocean. This is a large studio with a king bed and sofa pull out couch with a fully stocked kitchen and private balcony directly on the ocean. Condo just recently remodeled and has a kitchen with granite counter tops, a full size stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, crock pot, pots, pans, dishware, utensils and a full sized refrigerator. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player in the unit.

If you are interested in booking this condo:
Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount dueand can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date.

Dogs are permitted. For weight and other limitations please contact owner. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted. There is a pet fee.
· 2 dogs maximum.
· Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd and Chow are not permitted.
· A Pet Fee of $25.00 plus tax per night/per pet will apply. If you happen to book this condo through a website other than VRBO/Homeaway such as Expedia then you will need to communicate directly with us to pay the pet fee.
· Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your dog alone in the room.
· Pets must be on a leash when in public areas of the resort and are not allowed in the pool areas.
· All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.

Great condo perfect for pets

We had a great time here. Easy check in and checkout process. My dog loved the balcony and so did we. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom was a plus. The shower was hot and had tons of water pressure. The beach was beautiful and we found lots of treasures there.

We loved the property. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us and our fur babies. The owner of the unit was great to work with the set up our visit. The view was amazing! I will definitely come again and stay in this condo.

Great studio with beautiful ocean views for is and dogs

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The laundry machines were just a few steps from the door of our unit. The restaurant in the building was surprisingly good and surprisingly reasonable. Rafia answered questions quickly before our stay. (Let me know to bring our own beach towels.) If you are traveling with furry companions, there is a great grassy area adjacent to the building and it was really clean considering how many pups are there. People were good about picking up. Though after dark i always took down a small flashlight to make sure i didnt step in a mess that was missed.
