Our home is set up to make you feel like your at home with comfortable beds and high end furnishing plus its very family friendly !!!!

The Property is no more than 20 minutes to both mesa and sky habour airports depending on traffic

The main house has 5 Bedrooms 3 full bathrooms
The guest house is 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom plus a queen sofa bed in the living room.
The backyard includes a large Pool & 3 hole putting green. (please not the pool can be heated at a extra cost)

Great place for a bros golf trip

Great neighborhood and property. Had plenty of room for everyone who came and made use of the chipping green, pool billiards table.

Multigenerational gathering place

This property was the perfect size for our large family. We had elderly, parents, teens and babies and there was plenty of space to move around and have some play areas for the babies. The check in process was a little difficult as I found it hard to get a response before our arrival. VRBO helped me contact the host. Once we arrived we still did not have our electronic keys. Thankfully we had a quick response and had our keys delivered vial email. We loved the minimalist feel to the home. It was warm and comfortable and perfect for a lot of space. Bedrooms are large and roomy. The home does need some repairs. Shutters in master bedroom are broken. A few light bulbs were burnt out in the bedrooms. The sink in the cottage didn’t turn on and had a massive leak so that was not ideal for the grandparents to have their own space. The plumber never showed up to fix it so it was a bit of a waste having a useless kitchen and we should have been notified before we arrived. There were also not enough towels and washcloths for 16 guests. We had to use pool towels. No bath mats, and we also had to buy hand soap and sponges. Fridge in main kitchen also leaks at the bottom as it appears to be rusted out. All in all it just needs some TLC. Nice big home for groups but should be better equipped and in working order.

The place is in need of TLC and updates. The guest house plumbing had leaks so was not able to use bathroom there. Pool was nice and host responsive. I think their cleaning service does this host a dis service by doing only the basics.

Thanksgiving Family get together

The house, guesthouse and pool were perfect for our families. We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving . Having stove and fridge in guest house made preparing Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. The house is well stocked with the exception of towels. We will definitely book again.
