This luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath bay-view condo is in the heart of Dewey Beach only 1 block away from Delaware's clean and lovely beach. The condo is professionally decorated and furnished with quality materials throughout: granite/stainless gourmet kitchen with island seating for two, dining room table that seats six, two comfortable rocker chairs in the family room with 1 queen size sleeper sofa, side tables, coffee table and Roku internet TV and gas fireplace. Both the family room and Master Bedroom have access to a lovely deck that faces the bay and has a bar height table and four chairs to watch the evening sunset over the bay. The master bedroom has a deluxe king sized bed, two night tables and chest of drawers, Roku TV and nice large windows and a door to access the deck. The master bedroom bathroom is ample size with a large walk-in shower with glass doors, two sinks and granite countertops. The second full bathroom is off the family room and is also granite with a tub/shower. A full-size stackable front loader washer/dryer is available in the laundry closet. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed a chest of drawers, a Roku internet TV and a large closet. There is tile floor throughout the unit. WiFi is provided and there is a smart Nest thermostat for your comfort settings. Renting this unit gives you access to two parking spaces in the garage, use of the hotel fitness center and indoor pool. The outdoor pool is only for renters of the condos - not for hotel guests and it is on the third floor overlooking the bay. Gorgeous views from the pool deck and you can also use the fourth floor outdoor seating and grills for entertaining at meal time. The proximity to the beach is an easy 1 block walk from the condo. The bay is practically on the property and you can use SUP and other water sports at this location for a fee. Ample restaurants and bars within walking distance and you can also catch the trolley to Rehoboth if you don't wish to drive.
