Built and decorated in true Sedona style, Sedona Casita Amongst the Trees is a perfect getaway for a couple or small group. It offers 450 square feet, a loft bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to two guests. Located in West Sedona, this guest house is situated on a lovely landscaped property with the owner and provides a location that is a quick walk to many restaurants, Whole Foods, Starbucks and Day Spa.

You'll enter this charming casita through the front door, and will be greeted by the cozy living room, kitchenette, and dining area. The property is filled with one-of-a-kind and truly unique metal and wood work. The home was architecturally designed by Sedona's premier Design Group Architects for a locally famous metal sculpture and is like a piece of artwork.

Living Room: Offering stylish and comfortable furnishings, including a twin daybed sleeper sofa around a Vermont gas stove, and a Smart TV with satellite service. The full bathroom on this level offers a lovely tile shower.

Kitchenette: This is a very efficient space offering a two-burner gas stove, convection toaster oven, microwave, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, you'll find a BBQ out on the courtyard patio to make your favorite grilled dishes. There is also a freezer in the garage that is available for your use.

Dining Area: The dining area offers bistro/café-style seating for four.

Bedroom: Located in the loft is a queen bed and a half bath. The loft has a low ceiling.

Outdoor areas: The courtyard patio offers seating and a BBQ grill, along with numerous trees for shade and natural privacy. The yard offers a peaceful setting with exceptional landscaping.

Laundry: Yes. In the garage next to the Casita.

Parking: Driveway parking for one car.

We loved the property! The area is quiet, the space is wonderful and interesting to be in, clean, and well stocked. Amenities match from the listing, access was very easy and detailed out. Contacted the rental company is easy and they respond quickly.

Perfect in every way.

My first trip to Sedona and I couldn’t have selected a better place to stay. It was everything I hoped for and then some. Quiet and secluded yet located close to everything. I came to decompress and relax and this property checked ALL the boxes. The patio is amazing! I highly recommend!

Patio VERY DISAPPOINTING

The top selling feature of this listing was the beautiful patio area as shown in the photos. It doesn’t look anything like that now. Dirty old no wicker furniture wasn’t even sprayed down. Not cozy or inviting. Inside rugs are covered in dog hair. Location is perfect, Casita really cute. Quiet area.
