- 10 min by foot from the city center or 5 min by bus
- Bus and cycle track at the foot of the residence
- Downtown and shops nearby (5 min walk)

Je donne sans hésiter une très bonne note pour ce petit appartement contemporain très bien agencé et optimisé, très bien équipé, très propre, à la déco sympa, son balcon suffisant pour manger dehors. Une très bonne literie. Un parking disponible. Au calme. Et très bien placé dans Arcachon, à 5 min à pieds des commerces et de la plage. Et Tiphaine, la propriétaire, avenante, agréable et qui se soucie du bien être de ses hôtes. On y a passé une très bonne semaine ce mois d'août. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande de toute évidence

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine à 4 . L’appartement est idéalement situé, très proche de la plage et également des commerces. La voiture peut rester au parking. L’ appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Je le recommande . Tiphaine et Benoit sont très sympathique.
