COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT (in the months of July and August, preferably, in the months of July and August the departures and arrivals are on Saturdays-.

The price is for the whole property. Charming house (true sea view,) in the historic center of Monopoli on the sixteenth century walls, a stone's throw from the sea and the enchanting sandy and rocky coves. The house has a living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms (4/5 beds), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge,) panoramic terraces overlooking the sea (150 sqm), solarium, WiFi connection (fiber) free and unlimited, air conditioning, heating. Tastefully furnished, parquet floor. Marvellous Monopoli

From the minute we arrived in Monopoli we knew it was going to be a fabulous stay! Alex, Ada and Rocky were on the spot to meet us and Rocky even parked our car!! They were so warm and welcoming it felt like meeting up with old friends. They spent a lot of time giving us advice and directions on restaurants (which lived up to their recommendation!),beaches, markets and other towns to visit. Alex kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Their apartment is just gorgeous and spotless (it is clearly loved) with everything you could possibly need…including a huge bowl of fresh fruit, water, milk, coffee and snacks. The three terraces are amazing. The views are all terrific and different from each ther. They are also very well equipped with sun beds, table, umbrella and even an outside shower. In fact it was quite hard to leave the apartment each day!! The location is perfect…walking distance to everything including a couple of lovely little beaches. It was very warm when we arrived so the aircon was a great bonus. We absolutely loved Monopoli with its vibrant harbour, fascinating Centro Storico, terrific restaurants, bars and shops. And there are so many interesting nearby towns to visit. We are back in Australia now but still miss the lovely apartment and the amazing time we had there. A 5+ Star Stay

When we first stumbled upon this apartment on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true - a rooftop terrace and balcony over looking the Adriatic? But everything was as perfect as it looked online. We've rented a lot of different apartments though out the years, but Alex is the one of the most thoughtful and hands on host we've ever experienced. He and his lovely wife Ada provided us with all the information we needed as they showed us around the apartment. It's roomy and comfortable and although we didn’t use the kitchen, it contains everything you need to cook an Italian dinner or a quick breakfast. The beds, real mattresses(!), and memory foam pillows(!), were extremely comfortable. Both full bathroom were clean and well lit and equipt with roomy showers. The location was incredible, easy walking to the old town and city center. There are restaurants and bars around the apartment, but at night we closed the windows and turned on the AC and never heard a sound. Alex was always a text away if we had any questions or issues (we had none) but checked once to see if we needed anything. They were both very considerate, leaving us a basket filled with jam, cookies and other treats and one morning Alex had dropped off two broche at our door! Thank you Alex and Ada for such a wonderful time! We will be back, Joyce and George

Cody apartment close to the old harbour

We can recommend the apartment very much, since is is located in the old city centre and only 10 minutes walk from a beautiful city beach. We enjoyed the hospitality of Alex and Tocky very much.

Outstanding stay in fantastic apartment

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment with brilliant outdoor space and in a fantastic location at the edge of the old town. There was absolutely nothing to fault. The host, Alex, was an absolute star - kind and helpful and went out of his way for us. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Oh, and Monopoli was great as well.
