Right on the BEACH! 100% Oceanfront & Extra Spacious Groundfloor 1 Bed/1 Bath!

5/30-7/24 Roof Replacement will be taking place, you won't hear any noise. Just installed 2 AC window units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, this is to be used while the main AC unit is down. Can send pictures of the AC units upon request. AC brand DC Inverter.

Nice place but will charge extra for cleaning fee

This is a hidden gem but stiff on cleanliness rules. Perfect location but beach area is not calm and beware of sharp rocks and urchins. My husband end up having 5 stitches after swimming due to something in that water. The washer and dryer by the bedroom Can get too loud. And bras and anything with strings will get tangled with other clothes. It destroyed 2 dresses and u undergarments. The air conditioner in bedroom is too cold and living room is warmer. Furniture is out dated but still ok. When we checked out , we washed all towels , cleaned and left the beddings unwashed. Beware they will charge you for anything you leave them to do. So if you like to enjoy your vacation and don’t want to deal with chores, this condo is not for you.

Even Better Than Advertised.

I stayed here on my honeymoon, and it was fantastic. It felt more like a house rather than a condo, and it was right on the beach. Highly recommend.
