De belles vacances dans un cadre agréable et spacieux

Nous avons séjourné à 6 dans cet appartement sans jamais nous marcher sur les pieds. L'espace est propre, accueillant et lumineux. L'endroit est idéal. La mer n'est pas loin, les commerces non plus. Il y a quantités de choses à faire et à visiter. Nous retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois. Sans hésitation.

Un séjour qui ne tient pas ses promesses malgré l'attrait de la région

Un tarif de location très excessif pour un logement maladroitement bricolé, dans un quartier quelconque. Notre séjour a commencé par une panne d'électricité totale qui s'est prolongée par des indisponibilités d'équipements qui n'ont pas pu être résorbées. On a également subi des infiltrations d'eau dans le logement lors de fortes pluies. Face à cette situation, les gestionnaires locaux n'ont pas ménagé leurs efforts pour rechercher des solutions et minimiser les inconvénients.

bien mais pas vraiment conseille

Cet appartement est tres bien situe (moins d'1 km de la mer) mais c'est globalement le seul point positif! Des travaux majeurs sont a prevoir et cet appartement appartient a une personne agee qui cherche a le vendre au moment ou j'ecris cette appreciation; Autant dire que ca ne sera jamais fait tant qu'il est en lcoation avec le meme proprietaire. On entend les personnes du dessus, comme les personnes exterieures du au simple vitrage; prevoir les boules quies! Probleme de voisinage; la personne vivant dessous ayant un droit de passage semble agacee de cohabiter avec des touristes. Il fait extremement chaud dans la cuisine l'ete.

Bien mais ...

Cette location de maison en étage, sans garage, sans wifi aurait besoin de quelques petites révisions et précisions. On entend toutes les personnes qui logent à l'étage supérieur. Le salon est morbide, nous n'y sommes jamais allé. Il manque beaucoup de choses dans les ustensiles de cuisine, et en particulier des couteaux qui coupent, un fouet non rouillé, et des casseroles autres qu'en aluminium et d'un autre âge. Un évier avec un endroit pour faire égoutter la vaisselle aurait été bien. Le "joli" n'est pas toujours "pratique" La salle de bain est magnifique, toute refaite à neuf, la douche est grande et propre. Il faudrait prévoir pour l'avenir, une prise en extérieur au niveau de la place de parking des voitures, pour les véhicules hybrides ou électriques.
