ENTRY LEVEL has open floor plan:
Kitchen, eating area, living room with fireplace;
Master bedroom has king size bed and a private bath;
Half bath on this level has a full size washer and dryer;
Screened porch and deck.

LOWER LEVEL has
Family room;
Two bedrooms:
1 bedroom has queen size bed;
1 bedroom has trundle bunk plus 1 twin size bed.
There is also a full bath with an extra sink on this level
and a patio.
(Someone can sleep 'Harry Potter' style, under the stairs!)

Separate 'boathouse' at lake level.

Top of 'boathouse' is a deck for relaxing.

Weekend with the Girls

The house was better than expected and the views of the lake were beautiful. We spent all of our time outside in the water and ate our meals in the enclosed deck. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend celebrating my 30th birthday.

Friends gathering

The place was great. Many amentities and a well equipped kitchen and dining space for 10+. The pictures need to be updated because they don't do the place justice. There isn't much of a lawn so leave your Bocce Balls at home. Lots of parking space/garage. enough for 7 cars. The gal who meets you with they keys is awesome. Shows you around, tells you to have fun and offers for you to contact her if you have questions. Does not meddle or stop by unexpectedly. The detached unit is a musty old boathouse with no bathroom so don't plan on having anyone sleep down there. With that in mind the place really sleeps 7 but there is adequate floor room if you wanted to have a couple of air beds. Bathroom facilities adequate for a large group. Nice long dock to tie your boat rental to. Park Shore Marina is right down the road and they are very friendly and accommodating. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher onsite so bring appropriate detergents. Be sure to bring your own soap etc. I brought my own linens since it was much easier and cheaper. Appx 2 hours from Chicago and 3 from Detroit. Keep that in mind if flying to location. Might even be able to fly to South Bend or Grand Rapids. Overall, we had a great time and no regrets with this rental. Thanks!
