About this property

The house is a beautiful new house in 2010, it is located 150 m from the beach Lodonnec, the most beautiful beach in Loctudy that allows the family to enjoy the beach without any danger for children. Given its exposure the beach is sunny all day. For fans of water sports, beach Lodonnec is also quite suitable for the practice of windsurfing, sea kayaking, paddle or any other water sport.

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to spend real relaxing holiday. The appliance is very good.

The 4 bedrooms are bright and spacious, bedding is of very good quality. The 4 bedrooms allow everyone to have their independence in order to rest in good conditions. The two bathrooms on each floor also possible to have privacy. The 2 toilets are separated.

The large living room promotes the good times shared. The sunny terrace all day, suite can enjoy the garden where children can play freely.

Short stays are possible on request outside of school holidays.

Week-end marin dans un paradis breton

Un séjour de 4 jours où pluie et soleil nous ont permis de profiter des plaisirs de l'océan, tout proche, et de la maison, si agréable et si pratique. La decoration a été soignée, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. De quoi passer un très beau sejour en famille.

Séjour inoubliable

Très bon séjour chez Sophie. La maison correspondait très bien à ce qu'on attendait, elle est très bien située pour des visites et des balades au bord de la mer. Nous avons eu une météo très correcte alors qu'il faisait mauvais ailleurs. Nous reviendrons sûrement une prochaine fois.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la maison de Sophie sous un soleil resplendissant, maison très bien conçue pour accueillir 8 personnes, il ne manque rien et nous pouvons utilisé de toutes les commodités mises à disposition grande télévision, vélos, transat ,belle grande terrasse La mer est très proche en passant par un petit chemin au bout du terrain. Idyllique pour passer des vacances tranquille avec les enfants Sophie est très disponible pour toutes demandes. Je recommande vivement cette maison si vous voulez passer des moments inoubliables avec la famille ou amis dans une région magnifique.
