I have a cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit with updated living spaces and a newly renovated kitchen available to rent in the hip Bucktown/Logan Square area of town. The unit is a short walk to the L train stop and close to hip dining, shopping, nightlife and is a straight shot from the airport on the Blue line and only 5 stops to Downtown. The bedrooms come with with closets , nightstands, lamp, full size platform beds with built in drawers for storage and remote-controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms will be perfect accommodation for up to 2 people in each room. I have an air mattress for additional guests as well but please request to use in advance so I can set it up for you and prepare the bedding. If you have a group larger than 6, there are other rooms available in my downstairs unit to rent for an additional cost. Feel free to inquire about this.
This is a self check-in property and for security purposes, your key pad code will be sent to you the day of arrival in order to ensure there is no early or unauthorized entry.
The unit is located within walking distance to hip Wicker Park and Logan Square for some of the best hidden gems, restaurants and nightlife in Chicago (approx. 10 min.) Relax in the unit after a busy day of sightseeing or shopping. Feel free to make full use of the kitchen. This is a pet and kid friendly home, but please be sure to let me know in advance.
Please note that this unit has personal belongings in them so please do not help yourself to any of them. There is a third bedroom in this unit that will be be vacant and locked during your stay.
There's an amazing coffee shop named Ipsento down the street if you want coffee or other breakfast items. You'll have exclusive and private use to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. I'll have towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There's also a Walgreens around the corner in case you need to get anything that you may have forgotten. I have high-speed Wifi as well as Netflix and other apps via the smart TV (no cable) if you want to spend some time indoors. Free laundry facilities are also available in the basement in case you need. Please note there may be other guests that stay in the unit downstairs so please be respectful of noise levels.

About the host
Hosted by Kam Bosa
I'm a super chill guy that has been hosting for more than 6 years. I love meeting new people and helping people enjoy the city of Chicago. In fact, I now do this full time after leaving my day job in public relations, but still keep my foot in the water with freelance work. I love fitness, dining out and trying new places to eat and drink, Netflix, quality music (all types), street fests, traveling, and creating amazing experiences and memories.
My intention is that my guests have the best possible stay and experience in my homes. I look forward to hosting you :-)

Why they chose this property
I bought this home 10 years ago, a year after I moved to Chicago and after looking for months. I happened upon it during an open house on Valentine's Day and fell in love the moment I walked through the door. It's a unique and quirky place but it just felt warm and I know I wanted to be able to experience that...and now I hope that others experience the warmth of it as well!
