The apartment consists of a master bedroom with two queen size beds. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Integrated dining and living room with a sofa bed accommodating up to two passengers for a maximum capacity of 4 guests total. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a full meal.
Balcony faces the garage and has a side view of the ocean.

The outside of the building is beautiful. The pool & beach access was wonderful. The lounge chairs at the pool area are old and you sink into them when you lay on them. We arrived early for our stay and did all the paperwork needed. 5:00pm was our time to access the unit. We returned at about 5:30 to enter our apartment. The cleaning staff was still cleaning. We had to wait 20 minutes in the hallway until they were done. One of the mattresses in the room has a spring popping out . I am sure that when the sheets were being changed the cleaning staff was aware of the lump in the mattress and didn’t t tell us. It is in plane sight and you can see the lump when covered by the bedding. We thought that it was a pillow or sheets were under the comforter but when we didn't feel anything we pulled all of the bedding off and discovered the disgusting mattress. It had a lump from the broken spring and a giant stain. There was a musty smell in the apartment . The shower pressure is very hard. The shower head needs to be replaced. The furniture in the bedroom is not in good condition. The nightstand is very wobbly. There are limited outlets in the bedroom. The ac is very loud and the sound last all day and night. I contact the property manager and host and was told they were going to send someone but they never did. I was sent an email to give a positive review and receive discount on our next stay but I will be given nothing for a negative one. I have photos to backup my claims

Worth the price

Having the beach in your backyard made this apartment perfect for us. The pool is nice and big, but the tall buildings shade it, so probably good for the summer (my stay was in the winter). The apartment was decent, you get what you pay for. It had everything we needed, it just smelt a tiny bit musty. Overall still a great time. There is no patio, well there is but you cannot open the door to access it. The view is of a parking garage. If you're looking for a luxurious apartment, this isn't it. But if you're looking to stay really close to the beach and have pool access in a spacious apartment (as opposed to just a hotel room) then this is perfect for you! Also, there was conflicting times posted on the site for check in, and the owners allowed us to check in early. This was EVERYTHING to us, as we would have had to bring all of our luggage to the pool or beach. They were easy to communicate with.
