About this property

With its very large living room bathed in sunshine and its view of the sea, you will benefit from ideal conditions for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The sailing club and coastal path, accessible on foot from the house, will allow you to discover the idyllic setting of the south of the harbor of Brest. The cottage is a wooden architect's house which makes it really warm. The beautiful view of the sea and the countryside as well as the large, beautifully landscaped garden brings you an atmosphere of calm and serenity. There is no nuisance around. The accommodation has been very well thought out with its large bay windows which give access to the semi-closed terrace and the other open one. A real invitation to enjoy the garden which is more has no opposite.

11 personnes dans le refuge de la ria qui est tres confortable, spacieux et tres bien équipé en jeux, vaisselle et tout ce quon espere dans une location. Nous sommes ravis!

Un week-end magnifique sans cette superbe maison ! Malgré un samedi sous la tempête... La maison est géniale, spacieuse, lumineuse. Parfaite pour des moments entre copines ! La vue sur la ria est "wouah"! La literie est de qualité, un vrai plaisir... Très bonne communication avec l'hôte ! Foncez ! Les yeux fermés...

We entre amis

Un excellent we entre amis au calme et dans un cadre très agréable, à quelques pas de l’océan. Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée ! Nous avons même profité d’un déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse (et oui le 1er mars !!!!). Le baby-foot a ravi petits et grands. Xavier est très disponible et réactif. Logement idéal pour 2/3 familles avec enfants/adolescents.

Super séjour en famille

Formidable semaine en famille dans ce gîte. Gîte spacieux, avec une super vue sur la rade. Le jardin est très agréable. Literie très bonne. Idéal pour rayonner dans la région et beau départ de rando. Merci Xavier pour tous les bons conseils.
