Welcome to Casa de' Coquina! This relaxing single-family home located in the charming, sought-after neighborhood bordering Anastasia State Park/Beach. This great location provides for easy access to all the activities that Anastasia State Park offers, including the prettiest beaches in St Augustine! When you return home, take a dip in the refreshing cocktail pool or read a book poolside! Relax on either the front porch or back deck....both great for lounging. There is even a screened in porch for outdoor dining and entertaining!

*Pool can be heated for an additional $150/week to a maximum of 84 degrees. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that we do not heat the pool Memorial Day- Mid September*

Adorable home, not well-suited for those mobility issues

Very cute space, great master suite and three nice other bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Safe and homey neighborhood and a quick drive to beaches and downtown. Nice outdoor spaces. There are a few steps up to the master bedroom, very low toilets and no safety bars in the showers for our senior parents. The master shower head was a challenge to use. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures, and our weather was not conducive to using it. But it would be great to jump into and float around for a while in good weather. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Bachelorette trip

Our group loved our stay !!! We had so much fun relaxing on the screened porch and hanging out in/ by the pool when we were at the house. Tons of space for fun activities. The location was perfect. Definitely recommend, you should book now !

Great Stay!

The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked, the air worked great (we’ve been to Florida several times and this is actually rare), plenty of linens provided, overall an amazing stay!!

Great spot for amphitheater shows!

Stayed here with friends for a parents’ weekend away. Great distance for biking/walking to the amphitheater. Loved the backyard for a relaxing pool day. House is super cute and comfy. Would definitely stay here again and would bring the kids for a family trip!
