About this property

Just minutes from downtown Edgartown, bright and sunny beach house in Katama. Newly renovated home located 1.3 miles from beautiful South Beach, just down the bike path. Four bedrooms in total: two very large suite sized rooms with King beds in each, one bedroom with 2 full sized beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. One outdoor shower, One full bath with shower only (no bathtub), plus an additonal half bath. Sleeps 8 or even 10 on queen size foldout couch. Head for a ride or walk to the Katama General Store just up the road for your morning coffee, or a 15 minute walk to Katama Airfield to watch the single engine aircraft take off and land at a working grass airfield and restaurant. BiPlane rides are also available! This home has two outdoor lounge areas with umbrellas for relaxing and barbecue. Brand new Weber grill for2022! New kitchen, family room, dinning room. Plenty of parking, hi speed WiFi, Roku and Xfinity media entertainment, all with a landscaped yard to enjoy on a quiet street. Will assist with booking Ferry tickets!!

Be prepared to love your stay!

We had a fantastic week staying here with our three small boys. It’s close to all of the local amenities including South Beach is which is stunning (despite being closed for two days due to sharks). The property offers all that you would need and some. We had the best time, we only wish we had longer so that we could have done more on the island! Jason was extremely receptive and is on call to help with tips and is full of recommendations of things to do and places to see
