About this property

Adorable beach home on double lot with large pool able to host large families or multiple families for a beach vacation. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Full kitchens are located on first and second floors. Large front porch for relaxing and backyard has new oversized pool (16 x 38) with attached heated spa (9 x 7). Pool has a tanning ledge in pool entrance area. Located only a few blocks to the beach, Mike Chapel Park, which has swings, skateboarding park, tennis, baseball field, soccer fields and the newly created Carolina Beach Greenway path.
This adorable beach home offers close proximity to the lake and historic charm of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There are many restaurants and shops conveniently located.
*Home includes one queen, two doubles, one bunkbed with twins and one bunk bed with full bottom and twin top. Two inflatable mattress available.

Fab Family week

This is our 2nd time staying here. We lucked into a cancellation last year and fell in love with the area and house! The house has space to spread out and is very nice, however the outside area is the star! An amazing pool with plenty of space. Convenient location and our teen grandkids loved riding bikes in the neighborhood and park. Close to town and the beaches. Great communication with the host/ management team. We will definitely be back!!

Great place for extended family beach trip

Plenty of room for everyone. Golf cart was very convenient for zipping to the beach, pizza place, and ice cream. Pool was a great plus for hanging out while grilling dinner in the fenced in back yard.

St Patty's Day Run Family

Thought the house was good in March of 2023, but believed there could have been a few small items that could have been attended to. These small items were attended to for our March of 2024 and the house exceeded all of our expectations and we had a great time. The family comes down for the Steven Haydu run each year and this house works perfect. The Polar Plunge is the best! Thank you for providing the perfect house for our family get together!!!

Carolina stay

We were not impressed by the house..when we got there we found dog poop from a large dog in the grass area around the pool. The bikes couldn't be used they were rusty and had flat tires. Went to turn on the cart and it needed to be completely charged and then once charged it didn't last long at all. Inside the laundry area had pipes exposed, lucky we didn't have toddlers. The oven door on the second floor was broken. Most of the furniture was wobbly when you sat on it and the carpet in the hallwall downstairs is a hazard, I almost tripped twice with my cane.
