Just a 5 minute drive from the popular Seaside community, our home is ideally situated for those who want both privacy and convenience. This home features 2 separate levels (upstairs refurnish complete by May 25th) perfect for 2 families that want to stay together but still have privacy. Covered outdoor staircase leads from 1st level to 2nd. Ground floor features large eat in kitchen, den, laundry, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and cozy bunk room with twin XL bunks, and outdoor courtyard. 2nd level with vaulted white washed ceiling in Family Room, Kitchen with huge bar for dining, primary bedroom with queen size bed, bath with dual sinks, two shower heads. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin XL beds and gorgeous bath with shower. Huge driveway in the front and parking in the rear. You can't beat this location!

Great Little House in a Great Location

This house was perfect for my husband, son and myself. The king bed was comfortable and the bunk room for my son was his favorite (he is five and loved hanging out in there by himself). The owner was also great to deal with when we needed to change our trip dates by one day. The location to the Eastern Lake Beach access can't be beat! Def would stay here again.

2nd Stay for our Family

This was our family’s second time staying in this perfect duplex. This duplex, which you do not even realize is a duplex do to the great lay out of the property, is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. My kids love the bunk beds! The house has been very clean and comfortable both times we have stayed. The distance to the beach could not be any better, especially with little kids and all their beach stuff! The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals in. I really cannot say enough good about this property. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond if needed. We will definitely be back again!
