What could be better than stepping out your back door directly onto the sugar white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach? That's one of the many reasons Pelican Jack's, a luxurious 5 bedroom/5.5 bath beachfront home, is the perfect vacation destination.

Balconies on each floor provide the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite afternoon cocktail.

The 4,200 square foot house sleeps 15 comfortably. The top floor master bedroom has 1 King with a balcony and full private bath with walk-in shower. Next to the master bedroom is the first guest bedroom offering 1 Queen with balcony access, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with 1 Queen. The third guest bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed, (top and bottom) and 1 separate twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Just one floor down is the main living area where you will find the fourth guest bedroom with 1 Queen and full private bath with stand-alone shower. The living room offers a large, comfortable Queen sleeper sofa with a 1/2 guest bath just at the base of the stairs. On the bottom level of the home is a second living area with 1 Queen sleeper sofa, private bath with stand-alone shower, and large flat screen TV.

At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone, with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and throughout the home. Most bedrooms even offer USB wall sockets for charging your electronics without unplugging lamps or clocks! The gourmet kitchen features a large island, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Perfect for cooking delicious meals for the whole family! Spread out the cards or board games for a night of family fun at the large kitchen table or grab a drink at the wet bar and head outside to fire up the gas grill for afternoon and evening cookouts. The kitchen, living room and dining area all have unobstructed views of the gulf through ceiling to floor windows. Brand new large expansion table and chairs added for extra space!

Winter beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Jack’s didn’t disappoint- even though the weather did. Watching the storms over the gulf was amazing! The wind whipped the water into whitecaps, all watchable from the dining table. On the good days, we watched dolphins party. The large house was great for all our visitors-lots of places to be together and apart. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were several seafood feasts served family style.This was our second year at Pelican Jack’s. We love the location. The house is perfectly situated to hear and see the ocean. The management company communicated well and reacted quickly. And yes, we booked again for next year!

PERFECT GETAWAY FOR LARGE FAMILY

Perfect location! Spent 5 nights at Thanksgiving with large family including 8 adults and grandchildren ages 1-9...tons of room, living area/dining/kitchen combo perfect size for our group. Private walkway to beach a plus!!! Love that there were 2 sets of washers/dryers, ice machine downstairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Only negative was that we thought $500+ cleaning fee was over the top! Also, elevator did not work although property manager sent somewhat out immediately..he couldn't fix it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 7th year in Navarre with a great group of friends. Our 2nd year in this house. It fits our group so we will be back. However there were a couple of maintenance issues . The no hot water in one shower was fixed promptly. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and not usable for our we had to wash dishes on vacation. No ideal.
