Welcome to Northgate Station, just a 5–6-minute drive away from Kyle Field. This 4 bedroom and 2 bath home has plenty of Aggie charm! Sleeping 12 people, the home allows you to invite many friends and family. When you enter you are greeted with a comfortably spacious living room that has an abundance of seating as well as a flat screen TV to watch the Aggie games!
This home has a secluded flex space that doubles as a den or 4th bedroom with glass French doors for a welcoming feel. Two daybeds in this room provides bonus sleeping as well as a fun and cozy place to unwind after a long day at Kyle Field!
The open concept dining area which looks into the living room, has a table that seats 6 people and is right off the private den.
A few steps from the kitchen, there is an updated smoothie/wine bar that provides a high-end blender as well as wine glasses. When you walk into the kitchen you will see the recently updated kitchen with white cabinets, subway tile backsplash, black granite countertops, and furnished with all your cooking essentials!
The big backyard is built for entertainment! It provides a wonderful area with two patios and mature trees. The furnished screened in porch looks into the backyard from every angle. It is a wonderful place for late night poker games or for chatting over morning coffee. The side wall of the garage has a skillfully painted Texas A&M flag that makes for an excellent location for a family photo shoot.

NOTE: Guest must be over the age of 25 to sign our booking agreement.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in the dual driveway and has street parking available as well. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are only allowed in designated fire pit. Firewood is not provided; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. Trash dumpsters are located on the garage side of the house.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added of $250.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
